Graduate of the Technikon Witwatersrand School of Optometry in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1981.
After working as a private practice optometrist until 1985, Dr Dembo returned to school at the Illinois College of Optometry graduating cum laude in 1986. After completing a residency in primary care optometry and working with various other professionals, he opened his Glenview office in 1990 and has proudly been serving the community ever since.
Dr. Dembo acquired the Northbrook office of the late Robert Misener, O.D. in February 2009. After extensive remodel of the Glenview office the two offices were merged in April of 2012
