Dr. Lee's Experience

Dr. Judith Lee, O.D. graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in biological sciences and a minor in psychology. She studied abroad during her final year at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. Dr. Lee earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. She has received clinical honors in patient care and enjoys working with pediatric patients, especially those undergoing myopia management

Dr. Cohan lectures frequently on contact lenses to other optometrists for Alcon Vision Care as well as being a pre-clinical evaluator for newly developed contact lenses before they are launched nationally. He also serves as an optometric medical billing consultant helping fellow optometrists institute the medical model of optometry to their practices.

Our whole family sees Dr. Judy Lee, and she’s awesome. She’s super thorough, really cares about her patients, and you never feel like just another number. When our 10 year old needed vision correction, she told us about something called CRT (Ortho-K), contacts he wears overnight that give him perfect vision during the day. We’d never even heard of it and were honestly skeptical, but with her help and patience, it worked amazingly well. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to get it right. If you’re looking for an eye doctor, seriously - go here. You’ll be glad you did.

My first visit to their new facility. Although, the business is under new management, Dr. Dembo still sees patients, so I scheduled my annual appointment. I was impressed with the facility and staff. The front desk staff was welcoming and helped me sign on. The technician who conducted initial texting, was professional and fully explained what the test was to be performed. Dr. Dembo was his usual personable, professional and knowledgeable optometrist explaining each facet of my vision care. Very satisfied with entire visit.
